Motium’s standard Deutsch QC cables are designed with our TUFF products in mind. They are a range of rugged, reliable cables designed to last in the harshest environments. It uses a 12-pin Deutsch QuickConnect QC24-2212X connector, with variable pin usage depending on your requirement.

Standard Motium product cables use;

    • Power: Provides 9-36V DC power. This connector can also carry an accessory circuit, for digital inputs and outputs.
    • Serial: The connector can carry three RS232 compatible serial ports. Serial port 1 includes a clear to send input and a request to send output, in addition to transmit data and receive data. Serial ports 2 and 3 provide transmit data and receive data only.
    • CAN: The connector carries two CAN bus ports.
    • LAN: The connector provides a gigabit ethernet throughput.
    • LAN/USB: This connector provides dual purpose USB 2.0 and megabit ethernet throughput.
    • Custom: Motium offers a variety of custom and bespoke connectors, such as multi-purpose Power, Serial, LAN connector.
